Each home has an alarm system that reports police, fire and medical emergencies to a central monitoring facility operated by the association. There is an RV lot within the community, subject to space availability, for motor homes, trailers, vans, boats secured to trailers and trucks with a camper body for RV use.

SENIORS 55+: Ocean Hills Country Club is a seniors housing community and every person residing in a home must either be 55 years of age or older, a spouse or cohabitant, or other qualifying person. Visitors are limited to a maximum stay of 90 days (whether consecutive or non-consecutive) in any calendar year. PETS, ANIMAL RESTRICTIONS: The CC&R's and Owner Handbook state the animal restrictions, but generally ordinary domestic dogs, cats, fish, birds and other household pets, not kept or bred for commercial purposes, in "reasonable" quantities means not more than two pets per household, provided that the Board of Directors may determine that a reasonable number in any instance may be more or less. Homeowners Fees:  The Monthly homeowner association "HOA" fees for the 2010 fiscal year beginning April, 2010, range between $403 monthly to $439 monthly and the HOA fees vary from village to village; there are 8 villages. The HOA fees cover the cost of: roof maintenance, exterior house painting, mailbox repairs, security system, cable TV (basic channels), landscaping of the front yards, 18 hole Executive Golf Course, 27,000 sq.ft. clubhouse (many of the classes are at no cost), olympic size heated pool & spa, lighted tennis courts, bocce, shuffleboard, newsletters and free movies.
