Villa Trieste entry is off of Rancho Del Oro Road with electronic security entry gates and it is conveniently located near Tri City Hospital/medical buildings less than a mile away.

The homes are modern and were built between 1991 and 1995. The architectural style is spanish mediterranean with white stucco exteriors and red concrete tile roofs. There is guest parking available throughout the complex.
